John : I understand that.  The "product itself" is high-end, yet, the "Seller" is low-end.  Let's think in this way. Nobody else except Miuson is able create an Apple Iphone. Miuson doesn't need to be cautious.

Me: It make no difference if Miuson request a high-end America's Ambassador to sell an Apple Iphone or request a low-end street-side hawker to sell an Apple Iphone.

The seller of this hacker's package does not need to be as cautious as a high-end America's Ambassador. The seller of this hacker's package can be as casual as a low-end street-side hawker.

John: Let's simplify it. Except Miuson nobody can create an Apple Iphone. It makes no differences whether Miuson sell an Apple Iphone to a high-end person like Xi-Jinping or a low-end person like Miss Fok.
Me: Ok.
John:  Both Mehdi and Miss Fok are low-end buyers although they are not as "low-end" as a dirty homeless guy of a slum. However, they're far from Xi-Jinping.
Me: However, It's reasonable for them to be the buyer.
