John : I give you guys an example of "3rd Category" of Campus killings.  Take a look.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Movement_for_the_Restoration_of_the_Ten_Commandments_of_God . 700 Ugandans died.

Me: The death toll is very high. 

John : 3rd category of Campus killings comprise only 5% of all the Campus killings. However,  the death toll of it is very high.

Me: Ok.

John :  It happen in 1999. 14 tourists looking for mountain gorillas in Bwindi National Park were kidnapped by Interahamwe. 8 of the them got killed (The death toll is very low).

Me: The death toll is 8 only.

John : Yes, the death toll is very low.  I only assume that.  There's a group of Miuson's students who come from Uganda. 

Me: Ok.

John : Miuson hacked the satellite of America. Miuson used his index finger to point to a group of tourists in Bwindi National Park and say, "Hey! Students.  Those tourists in 'Bwindi National Park' are an example. They are surveillanced by the satellite of America.  It's educational.  You guys give me feedback. ".

Me: Ok.

Me: 700 Ugandans dying is a 2nd Category of Campus killings. 

John : No, 700 Ugandans dying is a 3rd category of Campus killings. Why ? Miuson also killed those tourists in Bwindi National Park as well.

Me: Ok.

John : In a lesson of anatomy,  a professor kill 1 mouse and say to his students, "Hey! Guys.  It's an example. You guys give me feedback. ". At that time,  did his students witness that their professor kill that mouse?

Me: Yes,

John: When Miuson hacked the satellite of America and used his index finger to point to that group of tourists in Bwindi National Park and say to his Uganda's students, "Those tourists in Bwindi National Park arw an example. They are surveillanced by the America's satellite.  It's educational. ". At that time, did Miuson's Uganda's students witness that Miuson killed those tourists in Bwindi National Park?

Me: Yes, those Uganda's students did witness that.

1) When later on, Miuson killed 700 Ugandan, Miuson's students of Uganda didn't witness that. Note: 700 victims is a high death toll. 

2) When earlier time Miuson killed 8 tourists in Bwindi National Park, Miuson students of Uganda witness that. Note: 8 victims is a low death toll.

John : The 3rd category of Campus killings is buy 1 get 1 free.  Those Uganda's students come to learn how to hack the satellite.  Miuson also taught them how to kill people. 

Me: If it's a 2nd category of Campus killings, Miuson only taught those Uganda's students how to hack the satellite.  Miuson wouldn't teach them how to kill people as well.
