1) March, 1999. 4 tourists looking for mountain gorillas in Bwindi National Park of Uganda were kidnapped by Interahamwe.

2) August, 1998 - Congo's army accused Uganda's troops of illegally sneaking into the land of Congo during the 2nd Congo Civil War.

Miuson : In order to provide an evidence that 4 tourists illegally sneak into the National Park of Uganda.  You're so idiot.
