John: See the 1st picture.  RXD and TXD form a Clock line. So, there are up and down cycle Alternatively.

Me: Yes, have you see Int1 and T1? They stand for interrupt 1 and Timer 1.  That mean, we can use an external timer for interrupt. This external timer replace the clock line generated from RXd and Txd.

John : Good. See the 2nd picture.  It's wrong.  Why? It said the clock line of transmitter and the receiver is from the baud rate generator.  In fact,  if hacker hack the Clock line of RJ45 or GSM,  hacker can let the transmitter and receiver use the Clock line of RJ45 or GSM.  Something like this,

Set R0 [1], clock line of RJ45 or GSM. 

Set R0[0], Real interrupt.
