1) Mamadou,  a military personnel, didn't take part in any activity of "Terrorism ".  Mamadou is only a student learning how to hack the satellite of America.

2) Camara and other 7 military officials didn't rap a single women's protester. Camara and those military personnel are student learning how to hack the satellite of America.

3) Willis didn't get involved in any sex scandal. Willis is a student learning how to hack the banking system and then make money.
