Student (70) Cross campus killings

John:  Today,  I introduce a Concept which is called Cross - Campus killings.  It's a bit abstract. 

Me: Why?

John: There's about 60 - 70% of the possibility that Miuson kill "his" students' fellow countrymen and fellow provincials when Miuson "represent" his students to kill people. 

Me: Only 60-70%.

John : Yes, only 60-70 %. It never achieve to 100%.

Me: How's the other 30 - 40%?

John : The other 30-40 % of possibility  is that "Miuson didn't kill his student's fellow countrymen or fellow provincials. Miuson killed the people from different countries and different provinces. ".

Me: Can you give me an example ?

Me: Ok.

John: In the year of 2014, there's a gun shooting in a hotel in the Philippines.  About 7 innocent civilians died.

Me: Ok.

John:  At that time, intuitively,  I feel that Miuson kill people on behalf of his Philippines' students. However,  3 days later,  guess what happen ?

Me: What ?

John: Miuson announce in Yahoo,  "This hotel belongs to Miss Ho. Miss Ho should be responsible. ". 

Me: Does this hotel belong to Miss Ho?

John : No, it doesn't belong to Miss Ho. 

Me (Query): If this hotel doesn't belong to Miss Ho, Why did Miuson say so?

John: Miuson remind Miss Ho, "I also represent you to kill people.".

Me: Indeed, Miuson represent which students and kill people. 

John : I guess, Miuson represent both the students of Hong Kong and Philippines to kill people.  We call that cross campus killings. 

Me: About 30-40 % of the Campus killings is Campus Cross over.

John : Yes, such kind of campus killings let us be ignorant of which students Miuson are on behalf of. 

Me:  Such kind of Campus Killing is very bad.

John : Yes, it's very bad. Miuson should kill his students' fellow countrymen or fellow provincial.  

Me: True. At least,  we realize who the students are.

John : Yes,  I use the gun-shooting of the hotel of the Philippines as an example. 

Me: Ok.

John: If Miuson didn't announce it in the media, nobody realize that Miss Ho is Miuson's representative. 

Me: Correct. 

John : Glad that Miuson announce it in the media.  You guys know that Miss Ho is Miuson's representative.

Me: Correct. 

John : So, Miuson should kill his student's fellow countrymen or fellow provincials.

Me: In fact, during the gun-shooting of the hotel of the Philippines,  Miuson mainly represent his Philippines students.  

John:95%. Miuson represent his Philippines students.  And, 5 %. Miuson represent a Hong Kong's students,  e.g., Miss Ho.

Me: If Miuson didn't announce,  nobody knows that Miss Ho is Miuson's representative.
